At Home Revise, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. However, if you are not satisfied with a course or subscription, we offer limited refunds under the terms outlined below.

• A. Self-Paced Courses (One-Time Purchase)
  You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed.
• B. Subscription Plans
  You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for any partially used billing periods (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Cancellation will stop future charges.
• C. Downloadable or Digital Products
  Refunds are not available for digital downloads or course materials once accessed or downloaded.

• Accessing more than 20% of the course content
• Completion of quizzes, certificates, or final exams
• Technical issues not caused by our platform (e.g., user’s device/internet problems)
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of services

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@homerevise.co.in with the following:

• Your full name and email address used for purchase
• Order ID or receipt number
• Course or subscription name
• Reason for requesting a refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

In exceptional cases, Home Revise may issue a refund beyond the standard policy as a gesture of goodwill. This is done at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
